Daniel Armitage

Chief Executive Officer
“I’m all about igniting inclusivity and empowering businesses to embrace neurodiversity. When I’m not sparking ideas or crafting solutions within the business, you’ll find me, geeking out over all things neurodiversity as I’m studying for my PG Cert in Neurodiversity, supporting our local community initiatives or generally spending time with my partner Luke and my two children (and fur-babies, Max (cockerpoo) Alfie (cocker spaniel) and Maureen (rabbit)   Let’s connect and create something amazing together!

Val Armitage

Quality and Service Director,
I co-founded the business with my son, Daniel, and although I’ve officially reached retirement age, I’m still passionate about supporting our clients and staying hands-on.

I focus on onboarding, audits, processes, and service reviews, ensuring every client receives a seamless and exceptional experience. With a meticulous eye for detail and a love for creating effective systems, I take great pride in fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Sam, and our two lovely dogs, Harley and Walter, who bring plenty of fun and happiness into our lives.

Luke Bennison

Operations Director
I’m responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations, from managing workflows and overseeing projects to ensuring our team delivers exceptional service to our clients. My role is all about making sure everything operates efficiently, so our clients receive the best possible support.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me enjoying a good board game or out walking mine and Dan’s dogs and looking after our rabbit, who never fail to keep me active and entertained. I believe in balancing hard work with moments of relaxation and fun, and my dogs and board games are perfect for both!

Kat Black

Client Excellence Manager
I was the very first Spark to join the team, so I’ve got a great understanding of what our clients need and how to support them best.

My role is all about looking after our executive support team, making sure they have everything they need to provide top-notch service to our Access to Work clients. I also work closely with other teams to keep things running smoothly and ensure we’re always delivering the best possible support.

When I’m not at work, I’m busy looking after Buzz, our lovable office dog, and my son, Seth, who both keep me on my toes and make life so much more fun!

Marc Jackson

Client Engagement and Success Manager
My main aim at Neuro-Sparks is ensuring that all our clients have the best possible experience and ultimately, that we make their lives easier and more successful. With my passion for building strong client relationships, I coordinate with our expert team to deliver the best, tailored experience to each client. Personally, you will either find me playing video games, watching sport on TV or (usually) at the pub supporting our local publicans!

Sam Valentine

Personal and Executive Support Specialist
As a detail-oriented support specialist with a passion for helping my clients streamline their systems, manage finances, and stay organised. I have a love for numbers and a knack for creating efficient workflows. I bring an efficient, approachable energy to my work and I thrive on supporting clients in achieving their goals. I’m devoted cat enthusiast (as my cat X is like my child), my love for feline friends and my emo quirk adds a touch of joy and personality to everything I do.

Kelly Roscoe

Personal and Executive Support Specialist
Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’ve been part of the Neuro Sparks team for a year now. I work with a group of clients, helping them achieve their goals and making sure their neurodiversity never gets in the way of what they want to accomplish.

Before this, I managed a nursery, which taught me loads about organisation and supporting people in all sorts of ways. Fun fact: my partner owns a pub, so our “team meetings” tend to happen there at the weekends—it’s a brilliant way to stay connected with everyone!

When I’m not working, I’m usually kept busy by my cat, who’s always up to something cheeky and definitely keeps me on my toes.

Ffion Tattersall

Social Media and Marketing Apprentice
Don’t let the “apprentice” title fool you—I’m fully hands-on in the social media and marketing team here at Neuro Sparks. I love getting creative to support our clients, and my specialities are video editing, content creation, and scheduling.

When I’m not studying or working, you’ll either find me at the gym keeping active or catching up with friends (or the team!) at the pub. I’m all about finding the perfect balance between hard work and good times.

Ben Linabury

Technical Specialist
Hi, I’m Ben, and I’m the Technical Specialist here at Neuro Sparks. Living in London, the UK’s tech capital, fits perfectly with my role. I build and maintain websites for our clients, but that’s just the start—I’m also great with anything tech. I’ve helped clients set up CRM systems, create platforms to run courses, and go digital in creative ways.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my partner or diving into research on the latest tech trends. I’m always looking for the next big thing to explore!
