How to Work with Neuro-Sparks

Here's how you can work with us:
Step 1. Book a Free Discovery Call
To get started, book a free discovery consultation with us. This will allow us to learn more about your business, your goals, and how we can best support you. During the consultation, we will also discuss our services and pricing, and answer any questions you may have. You can book a consultation by filling out our discovery call form, emailing us at dan@neuro-sparkle.com, or calling 07817 873729.
Step 2a. Choose a Service
After the consultation, we will recommend a service based on your specific needs, preferences and budget.
Step 2b. Access to Work (ATW) funded
If you already have your funding agreed, Congratulations we can then go ahead and onboard you as a client of Neuro-sparkle.
If you are at the start of your Access to work journey we support you to arrange a consultation with a neurodiversity specialist who can talk you through the ATW process and include the support of our services within your application.
Step 3. Onboarding and Set-Up
Once you've chosen a package (or your funding agreed), we will start the onboarding process. This involves setting up your account, getting access to your systems and tools, and establishing the best communication methods that most suit your needs. We will also assign a dedicated virtual assistant to you, who will be your main point of contact throughout our partnership.
Step 4. Collaborate and Communicate
With your virtual assistant on board, you can start delegating tasks and projects to us. We use a range of communication tools, such as email, messaging apps, and project management platforms, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery. You can also provide feedback and guidance to your virtual assistant as needed, and we will make sure to adjust our approach to meet your evolving needs.
Step 5. Review and Adjust
At Neuro-Sparkle, we value feedback and continuous improvement. We will regularly review our work with you and adjust our approach as needed. We will also provide regular reports on our progress and results, so you can track your ROI and make informed decisions about our services.
