How can our Support Specialists support you?
Things can get overwhelming when you’re navigating the business world with a neurodivergent condition. That’s why we offer bespoke support service from real humans to help take the weight off. Our team spend time getting to know you and your business, so you can trust them to take on the tasks you’d rather leave off your to-do list
We know that communication can look very different from one person to the next. Whether you process information differently, find phone calls overwhelming, struggle to find the right words under pressure, or simply need more time to think things through, we can help you find an approach that works for you. We support neurodivergent individuals to identify their communication needs, understand their rights, and put practical adjustments in place, whether that’s in the workplace, with services, or in everyday life.
Everyone has a way of working that suits them best, but for neurodivergent people, the gap between how they are expected to work and how they actually work best can be significant. We help individuals identify their own working style, including when and where they are most productive, how they absorb and process information, and what environments help them thrive. From there, we work with them to put practical changes in place, whether that means adjusting how tasks are structured, communicating needs to an employer, or simply giving someone permission to do things differently.
Living and working as a neurodivergent person in a world not designed for you can take a real toll. Many of the people we work with carry years of masking, misunderstanding, and feeling like they are not quite enough. We offer a space where that experience is recognised and taken seriously. Our emotional support is not therapy, but it is genuine, informed, and grounded in an understanding of what neurodivergence actually feels like from the inside. We help people process their experiences, rebuild confidence, and move forward with a clearer sense of who they are and what they need.
