Our open training sessions give your team practical, expert-led neurodiversity learning you can book a seat on right now. We run sessions every month at our training suite in Burnley – with new dates added regularly throughout the year.

Morning Session

Neurodiversity Foundations

Time: 9am – 12pm

Price: £99 per person

Designed for anyone in your organisation. This three-hour session gives your people the knowledge and confidence to understand neurodiversity in a practical, real-world way. Perfect for all staff, HR professionals and business owners.

  • What neurodiversity means and who it affects
  • ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia in the workplace
  • How neurodivergent conditions show up day to day
  • What good support looks like in practice
  • Your legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010

Afternoon Session

Neurodiversity for People Managers

time 1pm – 4pm

Price: £99 per person

Built specifically for anyone who manages people. This session takes the foundations further and gives managers the confidence to have better conversations, make practical adjustments and genuinely support their neurodivergent team members.

What you will cover:

  • Spotting when a team member might need support
  • Having confident, open conversations about neurodiversity
  • Reasonable adjustments that actually work
  • Managing performance fairly and inclusively
  • Building a team culture where everyone can do their best

All sessions take place at the Neuro Sparks training suite at 5 Grimshaw Street, Burnley, Lancashire. The space is accessible, welcoming and designed with neurodivergent learners in mind.
