Neuro-Sparks Appoints New Non-Executive Director
Neuro Sparks Business Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of David Tait as Non-Executive Director. It is a significant moment for the business, and one that reflects where we are heading as an organisation towards enhanced Business Growth and the integration of Neuro-Sparks into our strategy.
Since founding Neuro Sparks in 2023, the goal has always been straightforward: to create a world where neurodivergent individuals are accepted, supported, and given the tools they need to thrive. That means working with employers, individuals, and entrepreneurs to build genuine understanding, not just awareness. As the business has grown, so has the complexity of what we do, and having the right people around the leadership table matters enormously in achieving our vision for Business Growth, especially with the introduction of Neuro-Sparks.
David brings something we genuinely needed. His background spans business strategy, leadership development, and financial services education, and he has founded and scaled multiple companies to global reach. That kind of experience, sitting alongside a genuine alignment with our values, makes this appointment a strong one for driving Business Growth through Neuro-Sparks.
